How long does shipping take after placing an order?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How can I cancel my order?

Once the courier has picked up the package, cancellations are not allowed. Cancellations are only possible before 12:00 PM EST on the day of shipment. After the order has been shipped, you must follow the return process.

Can I change the size of my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a size change. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $100 Orders under $100 will incur a shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Do you accept international payments?

International payments are not accepted. (Only U.S. payment methods are available.)

Do you offer a first-purchase discount?

Yes. First-time customers will receive a 10% discount coupon. (This coupon cannot be combined with sale items or other coupons.)

How do I leave a product review?

Will the color of the product be exactly as shown in the photos?
