Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

Return Process

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (free). 3 Drop off your package using the QR code or label. Or, ship directly to: 📦 J. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or color. Exchange is only possible if the desired size is in stock. Please contact us for stock availability before requesting an exchange.

Refund Method

Credit Card: Refund will be processed according to your card issuer’s policy (3–7 business days). Bank Transfer: Refund will be sent to your account (3–5 business days).
